第一条 甲方愿将货品卖与乙方，双方共同商定交付日期。<br/>

第三条 甲乙双方约定交货日期，#deliveryType，并约定乙方支付日期。
</p>

第四条 甲方如届交货期不能交货，或仅能交付一部分时，应于提前通知乙方延缓日期，乙方不允者可解除买卖契约，但须接到通知日起算3日内答复逾期即视为承认延期。

第五条 甲方如届交货期不能交货又未经依前条约定通知乙方时，乙方可限相当日期催交货，倘逾期仍不交时，乙方可解除契约。
</p>
<p>
第六条 如因天灾地变，或其他不可抗力事由，致甲方不能按照期交货或一部分货品未能交清的，甲乙双方商定延缓交付日。
</p>
<p>
第七条 乙方交款之期以甲方交货之期为标准。

<p>
第八条 乙方逾交款日期不为交款的，甲方得定相当期限催告交款，并请求自约定交款日期起算至交款日止，按每百元日折算迟延利息。

<p>
第九条 甲方所交付的货品，如有不合格或品质恶劣或数量短少时，甲方应负补充或交换或减少价金的义务。
</p>
<p>
第十条 乙方发现货品有瑕疵时，应即通知甲方并限期请求履行前条的义务，倘甲方不履行义务时，乙方除可解除契约外并可请求损害赔偿，甲方无异议。

本契一式两份，甲、乙双方各执一份为凭。
