docs(config): 更新生产字段配置文档 

- 将systemCode字段更名为systemType
- 更新多个配置项的pipelineId值从2改为1
- 修改configMapValue值从101.02为101
- 更新固定值字段如chargeItemDept和saleDept的值
- 调整客户相关配置如customerGroup和customerUseOrg的默认值
