chore(deps): 调整 k3cloud SDK 依赖路径并包含系统作用域 

- 将 k3cloud-webapi-sdk 的 systemPath 从项目内部资源目录调整为上级 lib 目录
- 在 maven-shade-plugin 配置中添加 includeSystemScope 以确保系统依赖被打包
- 确保外部 JAR 文件能被正确引用和构建进最终制品中
