fix(doc): 修正大润发中瑞生产字段配置映射值错误 

- 将部分配置项的configMapValue从BM000101修改为BM000042
- 将另一部分配置项的configMapValue从BM000042恢复为BM000101
- 修正映射值错误，确保字段配置对应正确数据
- 提升配置文件的准确性和一致性
